Participants will be provided with a brief introduction to the T-TESS rubric for teachers. Orientation to the rubric structure and possible “look fors” from the appraiser’s perspective will be shared.  Interactive discussion will occur on how the T-TESS rubric may apply to various functions of the school library and media center.  Be sure to attend to build your foundational understanding of the T-TESS rubric.
